The Charlotte Swag and Cascade valance is free form styling. The back of the swag has an opening to slip on a 1 3/8 inch pole. You can tack folds as desired or staple folds in place if needed. The Charlotte swag comes self lined. You may create more swags by wrapping the fabric around the pole and tacking into place. If you want more than one swag on a pole add 20 inches for each swag.
